Each wrap is built from LLDPE Cast / Blown Stretch Film, processed under strict quality controls and validated for load ratings of Up to 2,000 kg (Unitized), and every unit is dimensionally verified and inspected against its compliance paperwork before it leaves the floor.
Production runs across four sites — Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Vadodara and Jamshedpur — which is what puts the Maharashtra and Gujarat industrial belts, and the JNPT export corridor, within short delivery of a plant rather than a freight quote. Europack has manufactured industrial packaging since 1992, and wraps of this type are a core line rather than a sideline. The wrap is made to ISO 9001:2015, from LLDPE Cast / Blown Stretch Film.
Where it is made matters more than it sounds. Wraps are bulky, low-value-per-cubic-metre freight, so delivered cost turns on distance and road access far more than on the unit price. Our Bhiwandi site sits inside Mumbai's logistics belt with direct road access to JNPT, which is what makes same-week delivery to a Pune, Nashik or Navi Mumbai plant — or straight to the port for a stuffing date — a routine order rather than an expedite.
