Past a certain size and value, packaging stops being a box and becomes a structural engineering problem. A machine with an awkward centre of gravity, anchored at four points and craned twice before it reaches a ship, needs a designed load path — not a larger crate.

Europack engineers that load path. Hood packing builds a complete metal enclosure from modular steel and wood framed panels, loaded from overhead so the machine never has to be manoeuvred sideways into a case. Packing on steel fixture fabricates a custom steel base with precision load alignment and anti-vibration mounting, for equipment that cannot be allowed to move relative to its own frame. MS crate packing uses a mild steel structural frame with a custom welded grid, heavy load anchoring and multi-point lifting for long-distance transit.

Complete palletization covers the other end — high-volume throughput with automated strapping integration, precision pallet alignment and secure load stabilisation built into a custom logistics workflow. All of it is site deployment ready: our teams work at your factory or at the port rather than requiring the machine to come to us.
